Event/Facility Request Form

Use this form to request the use of spaces on the entirety of the St. Cecilia campus, including Urlage Hall Event Center, Church Building including the Narthex, School Gymnasium, Soccer Field, Media Room, Conference Room, Art Room, and other available facilities on the grounds. Please provide as much detail as possible about your event or meeting, including preferred dates, times, and specific space needs. All requests are subject to availability and approval by the Church office. Submitting this form does NOT guarantee a reservation. You will be contacted to confirm details and finalize your request. We look forward to helping you make use of our Parish spaces in a way that supports our community and mission. PLEASE NOTE: All public and private events NOT approved by the Church office will be cancelled, no exceptions. All approved events will be posted to the Institutional Calendar
